In a bowl take butter , castor sugar and brown sugar beat nicely till light and fluffy.
Now add egg, milk and vanilla extract into it and mix nicely.
Now mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix nicely.
Pour into prepared pan and bake into preheated oven at 160°C for 30mins.
